The hotel had a good location close to public transportation and was quiet. The cleaning staff was polite and friendly. The room had air conditioning and heating, which was great in the winter.
Our stay at the hotel during Christmas was a complete disaster. The owner was very unfriendly and changed our room to a triple without informing us. She kicked us out on the streets at 10 pm at night for not appreciating her giving us a "better" room. The room we were given had no soundproofing, and we could hear every sound from the hallway and the rooms next to us. The bathroom door could not be closed, and the bathtub had no curtains, which caused water to splash all over the floors. The staff did not provide any extra sheets or pillows. this hotel was highly unreliable and a terrible experience.

The location of the hotel was convenient for my business needs. It was situated near the Colentina , Doamna Ghica area, which was perfect for my meetings and appointments.
There were a few drawbacks that affected my overall experience. the neighboring building was a bar that generated a lot of noise until midnight.

The location of the hotel is not ideal as it overlooks an unpleasant view, as stated in previous reviews. the customer service is lacking with an absent reception and unhelpful owner. It’s a shame because the rooms do have potential with adequate facilities.
The lack of reliability and communication from the hotel management is extremely disappointing.

The National Museum of Art was just a short drive away, perfect for a cultured afternoon. The concierge service was a real lifesaver, they were always there to help me with anything I needed.
Noisy neighbors, oh the joys of hearing every detail of their exciting conversations through the paper-thin walls.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the comfortable beds and the clean bathroom provided by the hotel. the location was perfect for me, as it was close to both the metro and bus stations, making it easy to get around the city. I enjoyed the free Wi-Fi offered throughout the hotel, which allowed me to stay connected with my loved ones during the holidays.
The soundproofing of the hotel was not very good, as I could hear sounds from the staircases and other rooms.

The bedsheets smelled really nice and clean. The location was great, close to key attractions and transportation. the room had air conditioning which was a nice amenity.
The staff was rude and unhelpful. The cleanliness was also lacking, as there were hair in the bathroom and an unpleasant odor throughout the floor.
